For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel
  • Health and personal care items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable returns, as Sigma Clothing cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
